30 days to change your mind, and quick help if something is wrong.

Our 30-day happy returns

EU law, and the law in Norway and the United Kingdom, gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. We give you 30 days from the day you receive your order, and you do not need to give a reason.

How to return something

  • Write to hey@duckandpippin.com or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and what you want to return.
  • We reply with the return address and instructions within 1 working day.
  • Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, and keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping costs

You pay for sending a return, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. We give you the return address before you send anything.

The condition of returned items

You can open and try an item as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than that or comes back damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken can only be returned unopened.

Refunds

We refund the price you paid and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of hearing from you, to the same payment method. We may wait until the item is back with us or you show proof that you sent it. Free gifts do not need to be returned.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please send us a photo as soon as you can. We replace the item or refund you, and you pay no return costs. Your legal guarantee of at least two years for faulty goods applies on top of these returns.

You can use this form, but you do not have to. An email saying you want to withdraw is enough.
